How do I share my location with friends?
Open the map and allow location. Your friends see you while sharing is on. Turn on ghost mode (the ghost button) or switch off Location Sharing in Profile to hide.
Why do I show as "Phone locked"?
Phones pause apps when locked, so we save your last spot and mark it. Open the app again and your live location comes back.
Can I use the map with no signal?
Yes. On wifi, open the map's view menu and tap Save map for offline. The map and your own GPS dot then work with no service.
How do I report or block someone?
Tap the … menu on their profile or in your chat with them, or the Report button on a pin. Blocking ends the friendship and hides you from each other.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and data.
How do I get Premium?
Premium is available on our website. It isn't sold inside the iPhone app.
